The Aliyah Spotlight
The Aliyah Spotlight is a magazine outlining the major activities of the Immigration and Absorption Department of The Jewish Agency for Israel. It is published by the department three times a year, to coincide with the Board of Governors meetings. The Spotlight includes eight pages of both the latest update and focus of the department's energies in addition to features of on going programs and projects. The articles are geared towards donors as well as others interested in reading about the variety of activities that the department initiates, develops and runs. More
Ibim
The Ibim Newsletter gives the reader a glimpse into the Friedmann Student Village, located just outside the town of Sderot in the Western Negev. It is a place where young immigrant students are absorbed into Israeli society by immediately integrating them with a local community and a college. More

Kol Oleh

Kol Oleh is a monthly newsletter that offers a window into the breadth of activities that we are proud to to offer new olim.

"Kol" in Hebrew can be spelled with either a "kuf" or a "kaf", the former translates as  "Each Oleh" and the latter as "The Voice of the Oleh". It is our donors help and support that allows us to provide for each oleh, thereby enabling his/her voice to be heard.  More

The Aliyon

The Aliyon is a periodical journal produced by the Immigration and Absorption Department covering Israel and aliyah related information. The last issue titled "Why Israel, Why Now?" featured Time Bites: a mini tour of Jewish history and ties to the land of Israel, 50 years of miracles: an overview of the countries accomplishments and a selection of articles on the Jewish people's relationship to Israel, in the past, present as well as the future.  Although this issue was published in 2004, we felt upon reviewing its content that much of the material is as relevant today as it was almost two years ago and have therefore decided to include those parts among our on-line publications. We hope you will find it of interest. More
