The Jewish Agency for Israel is the world's only global Jewish partnership organization, bringing together communities and organizations from around the world, with Israel and its center. Through dynamic collective action on behalf of its partners, the Jewish Agency has been pivotal to Israel's remarkable stort of immigration, renewal and growth. The Jewish Agency, as a platform for collective action on a global level, has been a leader in fostering Jewish unity, Jewish identity and the centrality of Israel in current and future Jewish life.

The Jewish Agency's ability to plan and operate on a global basis is made possible by its partners and representatives around the world. The result is worldwide coordinated activities leaving few Jewish communities untouched. The Jewish Agency is proof of the added value in the organized Jewish community working collectivity.

The following groups are among those served by the Jewish Agency: Jewish youth all over the world, prospective new immigrants, new immigrants in
Israel, disadvantaged populations in Israel (e.g., children at risk, single-parent families, residents of distressed neighborhoods, disadvantaged peripheries), youth and leadership groups in Israel and abroad, etc.
The composition of the Jewish Agency's beneficiary's changes dynamically in accordance with shifting priorities determined by the Jewish Agency Board of Governors (BOG), and changing world Jewish needs.
