Murdered Soldier's Family Moving To Israel
    Staff Report

The lynching murder of an Israel army reservist in Ramallah apparently has awakened a Zionist instinct in family members in Siberia.

The uncle and aunt of Vadim Novesche, who was murdered and mutilated by a mob at a Palestinian police station, announced they would immigrate to Israel upon learning of their nephew’s death, the Yediot Achronot daily reported this week. Making aliyah with Yosef and Natalia Novesche is their daughter, Lana, and grandson, Mark.

The Jewish Agency for Israel offered assistance to the family members, who were expected to arrive Thursday from their native Irkutsk.
