Bar Mitzvah Boy Adam Silverman from Manhattan Donates $40,000 to Jewish Agency Sports Program for Ethiopian Kids in Jerusalem

Adam Silverman (in orange sweater) of New York City, whose family are members of the Park Avenue Synagogue in Manhattan, donated over $40,000 of his Bar Mitzvah gifts to the Jewish Agency for Israel`s athletics and tennis activities among Ethiopian immigrant children from the Jewish Agency`s absorption center in Mevasseret Tzion, near Jerusalem. The gift is within the framework of the UJA Federation of New York`s, "Give a Mitzvah, Do a Mitzvah" project.
