Women from São Paulo Welcome Ethiopian Immigrants at Ben Gurion Airport

April 29, 2007 / 11 Iyar 5767

A group of fourteen women from São Paulo, Brazil welcomed new Ethiopian immigrants upon their arrival at Ben Gurion airport. The women were the first ones to greet the newcomers and had the pleasure of guiding them as they took their first steps in Israel.

Escorting the immigrants to the absorption hall, the group witnessed and learned about the preliminary absorption process.

A moving and rewarding experience was had by all.
