On Tuesday, August 21, 2007, Making the Grade vouchers were distributed to 25 children from Hadera thanks to a contribution from the Pinellas County Jewish Federation. Chairman of the Jewish Agency Zeev Bielski participated in the event, handing vouchers to grateful parents and students. 

Thanks to this special project over 6000 school children throughout Israel will receive funding for school supplies.  The Office Depot chain is a partner of this Jewish Agency project, which is estimated at 1.5 million Shekels.  Making the Grade will provide the children with a head start for the forthcoming school year.
