To our dear friends in Beit Shemesh, Mateh Yehuda, Washington DC and South Africa
Shalom and greetings!
At the beginning of the new year we extend wishes for a year of prosperity and abundance in all your endeavors.
The Sages teach us that the Ten Days of Repentance, starting with Rosh Hashana, are a time when the world, the Jewish people and each and every Jew are blessed with a power of renewal.
The world was created at this time, it is at this time that we begin a new year, this is a time of soul searching and retrospection about our past deeds, and when we resolve to be better Jews.
This is an opportunity to renew and refresh our relationship with the community around us, with our close friends, and with our friends overseas and, naturally, with the members of our family. Each of us is faced with the challenge of improving on our personal weaknesses.
On behalf of the Partnership I would like to wish you a sweet and happy New Year. May you have a year of renewal, of Zionist realization, of good health and prosperity.
