Youth Aliyah recently began implementing its new strategic program.
Jewish Agency has hired strategy consultants Mashabe Yeda (Information Resources) to investigate current programming and recommend a strategy for each of the villages for the coming fiveyears.
“We expect recommendations on the growth potential and optimal number of students for each village,” explained Eitan Shaul, Director Youth Aliyah Villages, “and also a detailed analysis of the effectiveness of current curricular and special programs and proposals for new educational content directions.”
One element of Youth Aliyah’s new strategy implemented with the formation of management committees for each of the villages is the greater involvement of Israeli lay people – public figures from the business and academic communities.
