The Education website at the Jewish Agency is pleased to offer you the services of its award-winning, internationally recognized Helpdesk for your queries and feedback relating to:
  1. Series and issues presented on the website;
  2. Resources for the formal and informal Israel and Jewish Studies' curriculum;
  3. Where to find educational resources on the Jewish Agency website and reputable websites worldwide - we can also guide you with our tailored collections of links for Jewish and Israel-related Internet resources;
  4. Copyright issues related to our web pages;
  5. Hasbara and Israel Advocacy resources.

You are welcome to submit your email queries in the following languages:
English, Ivrit, Russian, French and Spanish - which are the Jewish Agency's website languages - as well as: Portuguese, Hungarian, German, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Italian, Polish and Czech, but some responses may be in English. 

We will also be happy to refer you to the appropriate specialists in the Education Department for any of its activities and the relevant web pages, such as:
  • eLearning at the Education Department - eAcademy, VideoConferencing, Web conferences, eCollaborations, and our eTechnology platform workshops;
  • The Resource Center - for questions about our hands-on workshops, what films to buy, educational media, where to buy posters, and faxing you resources;
  • The Library - for questions about bibliography;
  • The Bookshop at the Education Department - for publications and text books.
  • Education Department programmes worldwide - and those specific to your country or region;
  • Ivrit - Hebrew Language, the Jerusalem Examination;
  • Israel Experience - programmes for teenagers and summer hadracha opportunities for Israeli madrichim (aged 20 plus);
  • Masa - Israel Journey - for long-term programmes in Israel for the over 18s;
  • Shlichut - Shlichut is open to young Israeli educators and professionals who wish to make a contribution to Jewish communities in the Diaspora: Summer Camps Shlichim (aged 20 plus), Youth movement National Service (18-19), Areivim/Young Shlichut (23-30), Teacher and Youth Movement Shlichut;
  • Chidon Hatanach - The International Bible Contest for Youth.
Where relevant, we will refer you to a specialist in another Department:
The Aliyah Department - Ulpanim, Volunteer programmes (over 18s only);
The Israel Department - Partnership 2000, for regional partnerships;
The Hagshama & Students Department, WZO - for student programmes;
The Central Zionist Archives, WZO - for visual and documentary archives.
